Eligibility for Returns

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.  

2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.  

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@chainsawmanual.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@chainsawmanual.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  

2. Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and mark the package with the RAN.  

3. Send the package to our returns address:

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 14 days.  

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exclusions

- Downloadable digital products cannot be returned.  

- Products that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
